Timeline & revisions

Your first render lands within 3–5 working days of your brief. Each revision round turns around in 2–3 working days.

Three revision rounds are included. If your design needs more, we quote the additional rounds up front — no work starts, and nothing is charged, until you say yes.
How the $15 credit works

The $15 is a deposit that holds your design slot. When you commission the piece, the full $15 comes off your final invoice.

If you decide not to proceed, the render and spec sheet are still yours to keep — the deposit covers the studio time.
Common questions

Can I send reference photos?
Yes — paste a Drive, Pinterest or Instagram link in the brief and we’ll pull them in.

Do I own the design?
The render is yours. We don’t resell or reuse a commissioned design.

Can you rebuild an heirloom piece?
Often, yes. Describe it in the brief and add photos from as many angles as you have.

What if I don’t like the first render?
That’s what the revision rounds are for. Tell us what’s off and we’ll rework it.

CAD modeling

A designer builds your piece in 3D — every prong, every stone seat, every millimeter of the band, to manufacturing tolerance.

Your review

A photoreal 360° render, a spec sheet and a firm quote land in your inbox. Three rounds of changes are included.

Cast & set

Approve the render and your $15 comes off the invoice. We cast, set and finish the piece by hand, then ship it insured.

What you can commission

Every commission begins as a conversation and ends as a CAD file precise enough to cast from. We design engagement rings, wedding and eternity bands, pendants, earrings and bracelets — in 10K, 14K and 18K white, yellow and rose gold, and in platinum — set with lab-grown diamonds and colored gemstones.

If you can describe it, we can model it: a solitaire with a hidden halo, a three-stone anniversary ring, a toi-et-moi, a signet with a family crest, or a piece with no reference at all beyond the one in your head.

Why CAD, and what it changes

Computer-aided design lets us build your piece in three dimensions before any metal is cut. You see the true proportions on a hand, the stone sizes to a tenth of a millimeter, the height the setting will sit at, the width of the band between the fingers.

Nothing is guessed and nothing is a surprise. What you approve on screen is what comes off the bench — and because the model is exact, so is the quote.

Recreating a piece you already own

Heirloom rings, worn-out settings, a design you saw once and can never find again: send photographs from as many angles as you have, plus any measurements, and we will rebuild it as a model you can adjust before committing.
