Lab Grown Diamonds
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes â lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They have the same crystal structure, hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), and brilliance. The only difference is their origin: grown in a controlled environment rather than extracted from the earth.
What makes lab grown diamonds a sustainable choice?
Lab grown diamonds require significantly less land disruption and water usage than traditional mining, and produce a far smaller carbon footprint. They allow you to wear a stunning, certified diamond while making a more responsible environmental choice.
Are lab grown diamonds IGI certified?
Yes. Every diamond we use is certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), one of the world's leading diamond grading authorities. Your certificate details the cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight of your specific stone.
Do lab grown diamonds hold their value?
Lab grown diamonds have become more accessible over time, and like all luxury goods their resale value varies. We believe the true value lies in what they represent â a beautiful, ethical choice at an accessible price point.
Products & Care
Is your jewellery made from real gold?
Yes. All our pieces are crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold (yellow, white, or rose) â never gold-filled or gold-plated. Each listing specifies the exact metal and karat used.
Can I customise my jewellery?
We offer customisation on selected styles including choice of metal, diamond shape, and engraving. Use the product options on the listing page or reach out to our team for bespoke requests.
What ring sizes do you offer, and how do I find mine?
We offer sizes 4 through 13 (US sizing), including half sizes. Not sure of your size? Visit our Ring Size Guide page for printable and at-home measuring methods, or visit us in-store in New York.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid scratching. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and warm water with a soft brush, then rinse and pat dry.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Every order moves through four stages from placement to your door:
- Order Placed â Your order is confirmed on Day 1.
- Production â Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted within 5â14 business days. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 24 hours on a business day.
- Shipping â Standard delivery takes 2â6 days once dispatched. Expedited overnight shipping is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
- Delivered â Your piece arrives at your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7â14 business days depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package through our carrier's website at any time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Custom and personalised orders cannot be modified once production has begun.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Engraved or custom-made pieces are final sale. To initiate a return, contact our team at forevajewelsusa@gmail.com.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All our jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and resizing are not covered but we can often assist with repairs â reach out to us for a quote.
How do I exchange an item?
Contact our team within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be charged or credited accordingly.
Payments & Financing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer buy now, pay later options?
Yes. We partner with Shop Pay Installments and other BNPL providers, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free payments. Options are displayed at checkout based on your order total.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal information. We never store your full card details.
