Yes â lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They have the same crystal structure, hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), and brilliance. The only difference is their origin: grown in a controlled environment rather than extracted from the earth.
Lab grown diamonds require significantly less land disruption and water usage than traditional mining, and produce a far smaller carbon footprint. They allow you to wear a stunning, certified diamond while making a more responsible environmental choice.
Yes. Every diamond we use is certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), one of the world's leading diamond grading authorities. Your certificate details the cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight of your specific stone.

Yes. All our pieces are crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold (yellow, white, or rose) â never gold-filled or gold-plated. Each listing specifies the exact metal and karat used.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to avoid scratching. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and warm water with a soft brush, then rinse and pat dry.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7â14 business days depending on the destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package through our carrier's website at any time.
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Custom and personalised orders cannot be modified once production has begun.
We accept returns on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Engraved or custom-made pieces are final sale. To initiate a return, contact our team at forevajewelsusa@gmail.com.
Yes. All our jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and resizing are not covered but we can often assist with repairs â reach out to us for a quote.
Contact our team within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be charged or credited accordingly.
